We are looking for an Accounting Officer to manage all the bookkeeping and business administration activities of our organization. An Accounting Officer prepare invoices, record payments, and manage the expenses of the organization. The responsibilities of an Accounting Officer include analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.
Responsibilities
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
• Preparing and updating account payables and receivables.
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer at lease 1-2 years.
• Age between 23-25 years old.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Good time management abilities.
• Calm and easy going personality with service minded
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary.
