TMT, as a member of the Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), in collaboration with the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand (NACC), invites members of the Board of Directors, management, employees, business partners, suppliers, and all relevant stakeholders to take part in fostering an organizational culture that does not tolerate corruption in any form. The “Speak Up Against Corruption” initiative has been established as a formal channel for reporting concerns, submitting complaints, or providing information regarding conduct that may constitute corruption, solicitation of improper benefits, or any other non-transparent or unethical practices. TMT places the highest importance on:– Confidentiality of whistleblowers– Fair protection of complainants– Thorough, transparent, and independent investigation of reported cases TMT firmly believes that anti-corruption is not the responsibility of any individual alone, but a shared responsibility across the entire organization. The courage to speak up and report concerns plays a vital role in safeguarding the Company’s values, credibility, and long-term sustainability.
